A Sewcial with UpStitch’d — join us for a hands-on sewing experience where festival-goers can stitch and customize their own MONfest plushies while learning beginner-friendly sewing techniques. This interactive space is all about creativity, community, and making something uniquely yours.

Sew Creative Camp is a hands-on summer program for 4th–8th graders where students learn how to sew, upcycle clothing, and design their own pieces.

Swap + Stitch’d: Upcycle Sewing Workshop
This one’s for the sewists.
Swap & Stitch is an intermediate upcycling workshop for those who already know their way around a sewing machine and want to move fast, experiment, and create something bold. Bring 1-5 pieces and come crop, patch, and rework thrifted pieces in a space that’s part clothing swap, part sewing party.

The Middle of NOWhere Rural Art & Music Festival creates dynamic, engaging, and unique intergenerational experiences where people of all backgrounds can express themselves authentically, celebrate human artistry, and honor the rural environment.
UpStitch’d will be hosting an interactive sewing and upcycling booth where festival-goers can explore hands-on creativity, learn simple sewing techniques, and bring clothing or fabric items to upcycle, patch, customize, or give new life to.
